Wow! Wonderful, helpful and cheerful staff. Overall we had a great experience and can’t wait to return. Pros: Some of the best fun milkshakes we have ever had. We tried almost all of them! The donuts were delicious and even though they only had 5 varieties they were all fantastic. Their caramel Apple fritter was light, and had great flavour. The burgers were juicy and the meat was seasoned nicely. We had the dill pickle burger and the Mac and cheese burger. Cons: we had mixed feeling about the poutine. I think we just didn’t care for the gravy. There was nothing wrong with it, it was just a personal preference. We had the sweet potato poutine (personally, the sweet potatoes dont work well with the gravy they are using), the Buffalo chicken poutine (not bad but really needed more Buffalo sauce as it was a bit bland) and the chili cheese poutine (my favourite. I would get this again but hold the gravy. The chilli was really nice on the fries). Overall, I highly recommend you go and try it yourself and see which one is your favourite.

Charming place! The decor and menu were exactly what I wanted it to be, full of fun and a love of tasty food. I had the best milkshake I can ever remember having, and I've had some pretty good milkshakes and those donuts... ridiculously good. It's now on my "must visit" list for anytime I'm in Regina!

The breakfast croissants were delish, so light and flaky. The specialty coffees were excellent. My sister and I enjoyed our experience.

I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon after the lunch rush. First time visiting so I ordered a hot dog (topped w/ cheese, caramelized onions, and bacon) with fries and a cinnamon bun donut. Initially I was going to do takeout but it wasn’t busy so I asked to have my order to be dine in instead and the cashier graciously accommodated me. The hot dog was tasty and the perfect size, but I wish the cheese on it was real cheddar instead of processed. Fries were very good diner style fries, perfectly salted in my opinion. The donut, while tasty with the icing, was a bit on the dry side throughout. Overall I was happy with the food, price, and the service and I’d return to try more menu items.

Not only do the donuts look amazing, they taste even better. Not pictured are the cupcakes we also devoured! The staff were friendly and efficient and did a great job of helping recommend their favourites when we couldn’t make a decision. Will definitely look to pick up another batch and put some big smiles on the faces of our office again. Keep up the great work.

We went for the first time today and had such nice waitress. The food was delicious and the milkshakes are amazing! The donut was ok a little dry but still good. The price was reasonable. The only thing I didn't love is like most places they didn't bring us out the silver cup with the rest of the milkshake in it for the price of the milkshakes they should.

I know where to get the best donuts in this city is hotly contested, but what I can say is that Fresh Carnival does theirs differently than the rest, always using fun and well thought out flavour combinations. If you haven’t tried them, please do! The milkshakes and other foods I’ve tried, very good. Definitely recommend to stop in here, and get away from all the mediocre out there.

Food was amazing and so much of it ! Took my family of 5 and we all left super full and to go containers ! Donuts and milkshake are a must as well!
